ABout Mukhuthu
Arts and Cultural Foundation

Mukhuthu Arts and Cultural Foundation (Mukhuthu), NPO 257 – 635, is a non-profit organization based in Masakona Village, within the Collins Chabane Local Municipality in Limpopo Province. With the diminishing presence of African cultures and the waning reliance on cultural beliefs, norms, and practices, Mukhuthu was established to rekindle the pride in being African, in embracing our cultural heritage, traditions, and the spirit of humanity—Ubuntu. At Mukhuthu, we align with the belief that “it takes a village to raise a child,” and we strive to be that village for our community.

At every event we host, we make it a priority to invite the village chief or relevant traditional leader, giving them a central role in proceedings…
